Student Apartments
Allegheny Center offers both furnished and unfurnished studio or one bedroom apartments within our Student Building Eight Allegheny Center. Each apartment includes wall-to-wall carpeting, window blinds and all major kitchen appliances. Flexible lease terms are offered in our student building; and monthly rent includes electric, heat, air conditioning, water and trash. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. Cable, internet and telephone service would be the tenants responisibility. All apartments are located within a secured high-rise building that includes on-site maintenance service, laundry facilities, an exercise room and secured parking.
Allegheny Center and its surrounding neighborhood is one of the city's most concentrated centers of cultural wealth. Located here are the New Hazlett Theater, National Aviary and the Pittsburgh Children's Museum. Within easy walking distance from Allegheny Center you have Downtown Pittsburgh, PNC Park, Heinz Field, the Carnegie Science Center, The Andy Warhol Museum and the new Northside Branch of the Carnegie Library.

Outdoor and covered parking is available to residents at affordable monthly rates.
Each resident is assigned a specific space and the parking lot is controlled by access cards.
Guest parking is available for for up to 24 hours free of charge with guest pass.

Card operated washers and dryers are located on each floor of the building.
Exercise Room
For the health conscious, an equipped exercise room is provided free of charge within the building.
Security Building
The building has controlled entrance access systems and camera coverage in all hallways and lobby.
Individual intercoms are in each apartment for visitor access.
Public Transportation
Ample public transportation is provided in and around the Allegheny Center property to various areas

Small Pets Welcome
Small pets under 25 lbs are welcome at Allgheny Center. An additional pet fee and deposit is required for all pets.
Grocery and Restaurants
A Giant Eagle Supermarket is located just a few blocks away, along with many restaurants, night spots and
available take-out/delivery.
